Dear Mr. Aizin:
“Re: Breach of 2900 Ocean”, etc.: Who are the members of the Board that you are referring to, what are their names, and in what documents are these persons mentioned? Please, provide the exact answers to these questions before we go any further. I attempted to get these documents and information for the last several months, without any results, of course. Please, also supply me with the copies of the Bylaws and other relevant to this discussion documents. I could not get them either. You know that these documents have to be available on request. If the Board did not exist materially, in documents, or if the Board was not able to function for some reasons, it means, that for practical intents and purposes it did not exist, and therefore the accusations that you listed in your “Re” are immaterial, baseless, and without merit. Please see my preliminary response to this and other issues that you have raised in this recent post: “The rage of Ms. Bishop …”
As I mentioned in that post, I am in the process of retaining a lawyer, and you will get the main response from him. At mean time, please be so kind to release the requested by me information, according with the provisions of the laws.

Ms. Bishop acts in the manner of a crazy dictator: she tries to block challenges to her “authority”. However, at this time we will have to postpone the plans for the election until we are on the firm legal footing. Important Update: Legal Letter from Grace Bishop via her lawyer Michael Aizin and my preliminary response
There is a conflict and a dispute in the Condo of 2900 Ocean ave in Brooklyn, NY., of which I am an individual owner (5E).
The concerned group of owners shares the view that the presently claimed Board Prez, Grace Bishop is illegitimate, due to the facts that she concealed her past indebtedness to the Condo when first elected, and then she engineered the “no quorum” reappointments, conspiring with the property management company by not mailing out notices prior to the condo owners meetings. This company remained the same business entity under the different shingles in the past 34 years, which is the same time period as Ms. Bishop’s rule.
Furthermore, our impression is that this person, Ms. Bishop acts in the manner of a crazy dictator and that she is not fit to discharge her duties, and that she is at the direct physical danger to those who dare to criticize her: she will come to your door, will bang on it very loudly with her walking cane and will try to attack you with it, as it happened recently with myself. We have to warn each other of these types of dangers. Ms. Bishop’s unwillingness and inability to deal with the common problem of the falling ceilings in the building amounts to the criminal negligence, in our view: it is a direct threat to the health and the wellbeing of the residents, the owners and tenants alike.
Now Ms. Bishop tries to put the legal blocks to the questioning of her authority: she sent me a “cease and desist demand” via her lawyer Michael Aizin. I am in the process of hiring a lawyer to address these moves.
The legal interventions might bring the resolution to this conflict. It would be good to prove legally that Ms. Bishop is unfit and disqualified, unable to discharge her duties, and needs to be removed, with the elections being called.
However, at this time we will have to postpone the plans for the election until we are on the firm legal footing.
I agree with everything said in your letter Mike! Just to add, there has not been a single annual meeting held at all from 2019, 2020, 2021. The notices for 2022 annual meetings were never mailed but posted about 3 or 4 days prior to in the elevator when most of the residents have already made arrangements for Memorial Day weekend resulting in only 18 people attending out of 89.

Grace Bishop is a crazy woman. If she does not like you (and she does not like anyone besides herself), she will come to your door, will start banging on it like a crazy woman, which she is, and will try to beat you with a stick.
And this is the person who claimed to be your Condo Board President for 35 years. She got to this position by lying: she concealed the fact that she owed the Condo about $6,000 in unpaid common charges, and thus she was ineligible for Election. She remained illegitimate all these years because the quorum could not be reached.
The circumstances around her appointment to the Board and its possible connection with her sudden ability to repay this debt have to be investigated.
Why was Grace Bishop interested in the Board Presidency?
Because it gave her freedom to conduct her real estate and financial machinations. And this has to be investigated, and very carefully, also.
She appears to be corrupt, manipulative, vindictive, and dictatorial. And besides all that, she is really crazy. Only a crazy person, at the moment of rageful break with reality, could do what she did when she tried to break into her neighbor’s apartment and to attack him with a stick.
I think that in addition to criminal investigations of Grace Bishop and her circles, the psychiatric evaluation of her is needed also, to determine her fitness to serve on the Condo Board, if she tries to nominate herself again, or if she tries to contest her permanent disqualification to run for the Board membership of this Condo.

Я думаю, что в дополнение к уголовному расследованию Грейс Бишоп и ее окружения необходима также ее психиатрическая экспертиза, чтобы определить ее пригодность для работы в Совете по кондоминиумам, если она попытается снова выдвинуть свою кандидатуру или если она попытается оспорить ее. постоянная дисквалификация для участия в совете директоров этого многоквартирного дома.

My Dear Fellow Property Owners:
Something extraordinary just happened (on Saturday, June 10, at about 12 – 12:30 PM): Grace Bishop snapped and lost her mind. She came up to my door with the walking stick, banged on the door with it very loudly; and when I opened the door ajar, a little bit, she inserted her stick into the gap between the door and the wall, trying to force the door to open. She proceeded to shout obscenities, with more gusto than the Russian taxi drivers, and tried to expend the daily reserves of her poisonous saliva on the incessant SPITTING!
Finally, I managed to push her out and called the police on her. The police report should be available in about 2-3 days. The police forbade her to come to my door again.
My Conclusions: (The most amazing) Grace Bishop IS CRAZY and could well be psychotic. That’s too much, even for the Mafia Girl! I think she should have her head examined and she should spend some time in jail, asylum, or the sanatorium, whatever she can afford (especially now, with all these lawyering expenses) and whatever she will need at the moment.
Beware of Grace Bishop: she just proved that she is really a CRAZY WOMAN! And she ruled your condo for the last 34 years! I can only imagine, how many management mistakes she made, wittingly and unwittingly.
Grace Bishop just demonstrated to everyone, that she is absolutely unfit to serve as the member of this Condo’s Board.

Только что произошло нечто экстраординарное (в субботу, 10 июня, примерно в 12–12:30): Грейс Бишоп сорвалась и потеряла рассудок. Она подошла к моей двери с тростью, очень громко забарабанила ею в дверь; и когда я приоткрыл дверь, чуть-чуть, она вставила свою палку в щель между дверью и стеной, пытаясь заставить дверь открыться. Она принялась выкрикивать непристойности с бо’льшим удовольствием, чем русские таксисты, и пыталась израсходовать суточные запасы своей ядовитой слюны на непрекращающееся ПЛЕВАНИЕ!
В конце концов мне удалось вытолкнуть ее и вызвать на нее полицию. Полицейский отчет должен быть готов примерно через 2-3 дня. Полиция запретила ей снова подходить к моей двери.
Мои выводы: (The most amazing Grace) – Грейс Бишоп СУМАСШЕДШАЯ и вполне может быть психопаткой. Это слишком даже для Девочки Мафии! Я думаю, что ей нужно проверить голову и провести некоторое время в тюрьме, сумасшедшем доме или санатории, что она может себе позволить (особенно сейчас, со всеми этими адвокатскими расходами) и что ей будет нужно в данный момент.
Остерегайтесь Грейс Бишоп: она только что доказала, что она действительно СУМАСШЕДШАЯ ЖЕНЩИНА! И она управляла вашим Condo последние 34 года! Я могу только представить, сколько управленческих ошибок она совершила, вольно и невольно.
Грейс Бишоп только что продемонстрировала всем, что она абсолютно непригодна для работы в качестве члена правления этого кондоминиума.
