Dear Friends, I resume my postings.
Our legal situation is absolutely clear, after the check with the lawyers who specialize in these matters. Their conclusion is that we did not do anything wrong and that we should continue with our activities as the group of the concerned shareholders. And we will, of course.
Mr. Aizin, the lawyer for the claimed Board did not respond to the letter from my lawyers and we still did not hear from him. I hope, he did not get a heart attack.
In my opinion, the present situation in this condo can be described by the legal term “the theft of honest services”. As the result, this building is not maintained properly. We have to explain this to the people, the owners. I will try to do this in more details in the future posts.
