Another old timer told me yesterday that all these years (more than 30?) he was coming to the Condo Meetings, THERE WAS NO QUORUM, and this crazy woman, Grace Bishop, continued to rule this Condo by decree and by default. So he stopped coming to these meetings. It means that she was illegitimate all these years; and she did not want and did not need any quorum.
This is the classic case of the crazy vicious woman who has the delusions of Grandeur, she imagines herself the Queen of the World, and she behaves as the willful, psychopathic, petty little Dictator, and she sees this Condo as her fief.
I think that she should be committed to the state psychiatric hospital for a year or two. She should learn there how to talk to people.
