Dear Ms. Bishop:
It came to my attention, that your cohabitator (“common law husband”) Alberto Rutigliano removes the flyers that I distribute and gives the same orders to the super and his family.
I would like to remind you, that the distribution of the pre-election campaign materials (and that what these flyers are) is completely legal, and their removal is illegal. I urge you to cease and desist these illegal removal of flyers.
In addition to that, I have some pertinent questions about Mr. Rutigliano: is he the legal share owner in this Condo? He is not listed as such in the public records.
If he is not a legal share owner, he has no right to interfere in the affairs of the Condo management, and he has no right to act as the middle man between you, owners, and the service personnel.
We are gong to look into this and to try to understand deeper Mr. Rutigliano’s self assigned roles in the Condo management and their implications.
At mean time, please follow the voice of reason and stop the illegal removal of the election campaign flyers.
